Family plays a big role in the successful development of children. Family is the little part of society and that is why a child can be brought up normally only in the family.

It is especially important at the first three years of life, because basic things are formed at that time.

From the first days of life child should have constant care of mother and communication with her first of all. Child should feel loved. It is not true that so little children do not feel anything. They feel a lot on subconscious level. Of course, love is important not only at first days of life but during the whole childhood. There were cases when healthy little children even died without any medical reason, just because they were abandoned by their parents and relatives.

It is important for the children to have communication and relations with close adults. If they lack it or do not have at all, their development goes very slow and not in right direction.

Children should hear speech directed to them personally, not just abstract speech and it gives push to developing of speech behaviour. They will not start speaking in time if they do not have anyone they want to speak to.

Family role is vitally important in forming different life skills. Moral values are also most successfully built in the family. From family members children learn what is good and bad, how to react and behave in different life situations, how to build relations between people. Specialists say that communication with grandparents also makes a good impact on children and widens their life experience.

To sum up we want to say that raising in the family is very important for children and that every child should be brought up in normal full family where relations are built on love and respect. Children from problematic families often have problems in their future life because they haven’t seen normal relations and patterns of social behaviour.
