Year Without a Santa Claus is a 1974 Christmas movie about when Santa
Claus had a bad cold and took a break for Christmas. It was directed
by Jules Bass and Arthur Rankin Jr.
I loved this movie because of the Heat Mizer and the Snow Mizer musical parts.Two of Santa's elves, Jingle Bells and Jangle Bells went out with Vixen the reindeer to find kids to convince Santa that the Christmas spirit is still thriving. But they have to convince the Heat Miser and Snow Miser to let it snow in Southtown, before they go to Southtown - where it never snows on Christmas. But the Miser Brothers argue about letting it snow in Southtown. But Mrs. Claus knows their mom, Mother Nature. If it Doesn't snow in Southtown Christmas will be ruined.
