Question 1. What kind of things did you do for fun as a kid?
Answer: I always used to play baseball with my friends. We would all save up money together to get a ball so we could play after school or in the summer.
Question 2. Speaking of school, what was it like for you?
Answer: My school had two grades in each class. When I was in second grade we shared a room with the third graders. If a second grader ever finished their work faster then the others, they would just move onto third grade work.
Question 3. How old were you when you learned to read?
Answer: I think I was still in second grade when I was able to really read for the first time.
Question 4. What kinds of things did you ask for at Christmas?
Answer: I always wanted an Erector Set and a bicycle. When I was 6 I got the bicycle and when I was 8 I got the Erector Set.
Question 5. How old were you when you got your first television?
Answer: I was fourteen when they were first available and we got one that year.
Question 6. Did you ever have a job as a kid?
Answer: Yes when I was fourteen I got a job as a bagger at the local grocery store. I made 40 cents an hour.
Question 7. Did you have a car as a kid?
Answer: As far as I can remember my family had a car since I was about five or six. It was a Chevrolet.
Question 8. Did you play any instruments as a kid?
Answer: Yeah I played the accordion
from when I was seven until I was about fifteen.
